The elastic works as intended but came in a mess with knots
The elastic didn't come wrapped or coiled up so you could tell where the two ends were in a mess. They stuffed the item into a small package for shipping and never found the ends of the ropes. It was just stuffed into a heap in a bag. It took about an hour to shake it off. Find the ends and start untangling the mess just enough to roll it into a ball making it fit for me to use. It was like just putting a skein or yarn in a bag. it remains for him to unravel it and make it usable. The rubber band is ok and works well.
