I am a frequent diffuser user with essential oils and just for the humidifier features. I ordered this one because its not only very stylish looking but also loved the idea of being able to control it using an app on my phone.It works great! Has two different settings for "steam strength" and many different lighting settings with a rainbow of colors, great to use both as a night light, but also for decor accent.It is easy to clean, and comes with a cup to transport refill water so you don't need to keep unplugging and moving the diffuser to refill it. The steam output is strong and the app is very user friendly. The app is helpful at showing all the different features: timer, light, steam strength, etc. It is my understanding thus far that you do need WiFi for the app to connect to the diffuser, blue tooth will not work. The diffuser does work however, without the app, just by using the buttons at the base.I would recommend this to anyone, whether you use a diffuser frequently or just every so often. Its user friendly, so also easy to use for anyone just getting into essential oils/diffusing.
