So cool to use. I just put it on the counter and put a curling iron on it when I turn it on. It protects my countertop from burn marks or scorch marks. When I'm done I can just leave it on the curling iron rest until it cools, or I can fold it around the curling iron and put it back in the drawer without worrying about burning or melting anything in the drawer . . I have it hanging in my closet door by handy little slots on either side of the top. It also works well with flat irons. The only thing missing in my opinion is a small button and loop on the side to hold it to whatever I put in it.
