I have had this bike rack for 2 months from 6th June 2019 and one of the cables was completely pinched and could not be tightened or loosened. I submitted a warranty claim on the Thule website as requested but have not received a response. I called customer service last week and was told they have all my information and I will be hearing from the warranty group shortly. Another week went by and Thule didn't answer, so I called again. However, this time they say they have no record of my application and I need to resubmit my information. So far it's been a mess: (1) advertise on the website, (2) make a phone call, (3) call again, (4) now advertise again on the website. . . You are joking! Is that what customers have to go through to get warranty coverage?
