Great portable fan!

We always take our dog with us when we travel, securely strapped in his own car seat and portable water bowl. When we need somewhere to stay in the summer, we park in the shade for a short while and that makes it more comfortable for her in the car. (My wife is a fanatic and she will keep checking it every few minutes and report that the car is still good and comfortable). We also use this for overnight stays where room ventilation is not ideal.
