It was a bad idea to buy this, money wasted.

Always wanted to try them and bought them. About nothing. Two pieces a serving is one gram! So you need to drink at least six. I used to take Dymatize and was happy, but they have been discontinued. Even Maxler is better than these. Lately I've been "sitting" on Levron, quite.

Some pros: They are in capsules, no need to dissolve. With its cons. The effectiveness is unclear. It doesn't feel at all. Not a drop.
