So the head came off, although after a few taps with another hammer it came out with no problem. I don't use it much so I can't be sure it won't fade quickly with frequent use. However, this is a solvable problem, so the product is worth the money and serves its purpose. I deducted a few stars for this reason, but I am still happy with this product.
