My old Kia Soul 2013 remote control buttons fell apart so I took a chance and ordered these. Luckily I watched a YouTube video on how to replace the case. You simply insert needle nose pliers (closed) into the gap on one side of the wrench and then the other side and force the pliers open. It took me 3 tries and it immediately popped open and broke the adhesive. Then you MUST use your old key, spring and button as they work better together (I haven't tried any other combination but the button on the old one is higher, as is the spring). Plug the circuit board into the new one and then you also MUST twist the spring (with the key) twice in the opposite direction you want it to swing when you push to open the key. And then just plug it in and put the dough back in. The Kia logo on my old key wasn't big enough and I need to find some glue for it, but most importantly it WORKS.
