A few days ago we received our bamboo/polyethylene cutting board. We wanted to give it a few days before writing a review. The careful packaging showed that we had made a quality purchase. The excellent workmanship and the design convinced us immediately. It only took a few meal preps to confirm we had made the right choice. A nice perk we weren't aware of was that each side of the board (...bamboo and poly) had cues built right into the underside, suggesting which side was best for the type of food being processed is. This is definitely the right choice for our active kitchen!
