as a networker and head of a large IT department, I can say with confidence that this hardware is worth the money. set once and forget. These Mikrotik devices are the best I've seen since Cisco. Previously (5-8 years ago) I could not imagine that such a set of functions could cost 4-8 thousand. Pros below: - work stability. - the ratio of functionality to cost - stable software that is regularly ated - integrates very well into any network. Some cons: the only drawback and it is also a plus - a huge number of settings. if you want to buy this iron - you need to understand network technologies and basic terms a little. But these are the costs of repeating the huge functionality from routing to mpls and VPN and Wireless chips like hotspot. If you have networker friends or just want to learn, the Internet is full of ready-made configs with articles.
