Review on Theresa Hay Replacement Replaces Pre Motor by Liz Pacheco

We bought this for our Ion Shark RV750. Ever since we replaced our brushes with these brushes, our Shark has only had "Something Interrupted" cleaning errors. Each time I found the large roller brush was stuck and not spinning. I cleaned everything and put the brush back in. I erase from a few seconds to maybe 30 minutes before jamming and throwing another bug. I would have sent the item back but once we found out the problem we had one day to return it. Bought various roller brushes and installed today and Shark is now working perfectly. Either the roller brush is defective or it does not work with the Shark RV750.
