Review on 🚀 Regalo Strong Anchor Safety System for Children's Home Store by Jim Viswanadham

I was taking my 3 year old to a hotel so I needed a railing to pack and this one looked very promising. However, when I received it, one of the metal rods at the end was so dented that it was impossible to insert another rod as the instructions said. I didn't want to wait for my husband to come home and fix it, so I took a pair of scissors and a hammer, stuck the scissors into the dented end and hit it with the hammer to pry it open. I wasn't expecting this to work because the scissors won't open it evenly, but I was able to open it just enough for the other rod to go in a bit. Then I drove one bar into the other bar until it passed the latch and snapped into place! Wow! I was SO PROUD of myself! Despite my issues, I still love this bed because it was a lot easier to put on the bed than the one I used on my last Disney hotel vacation. These are handrails, you simply lift the mattress slightly, insert one end, then lift the mattress back up on the other side and insert the other end. It comes with clasps that I just left in. The clips are good for long-term use to keep the bed rail from slipping off, but just for a few nights it's not necessary. In comparison, the Disney bed rails were so difficult to get under the mattress because it was a different design that was compressing the mattress. (Possibly not good for a mattress). It has one advantage over this version of the Regalo: the rails slope outwards above the bed, preventing a child from putting their hands in the gap between the rails and the bed. I solved this problem by rolling up the towel and stuffing it in the gap so it was covered. And Regalo railings do not damage the mattress at all. My baby slept well with it. I recommend this Regalo railing for home or travel use.
