Absolutely crushed when I received the urn that I am supposed to be placing part of my little sister inside of to give to my mother and it doesn't have all of the needed components. People shouldn't have to search again for the tools needed to place their precious loved ones inside. These should, without question, come with the funnel kit. But, this is not the only problem. The urn I received to give my mother a piece of her young daughter. once the rest is scattered. arrived well packaged but cracked in 2 places on the enamel. One on each side in different places. A large gap on one side where not enough enamel was placed and very sloppy edges coming up over the silver colored brass in multiple areas all around each side!? How am I supposed to give my dying mother a piece of her savant, genius daughter that we lost before she was old enough to actually change this world like she was going to!?!? I am devastated! It's insulting that this was even packaged for sale at all! I can't stop sobbing and I now have to continue to search for another item that I can't handle looking for, let alone actually having to face that I have to use one for my baby sister.
