Review on Benfei Splitter Cable for Screen Duplication - Efficient and Easy by Sheppard Priest

I wanted to route the signal to my TV or desktop monitor without screwing the cable to the back of my desktop when I wanted to use one or the other. It seems that one leg of the splitter is not working. But I'm not a techie. Maybe my splitter is defective. As no instructions were sent with it I might have hooked it up wrong, but I switched the wires back and forth a few times and both the TV and computer monitor only worked on one leg. I tried to visit www.think-benfei.com for information or product help but I could not find any product, help or even a contact. Nothing. Revain didn't help either, although the instructions for the paperless manual on the back of the shatter box said "please check Amazon website" and further instructions just sent me down the rabbit hole. I bought this splitter to watch Amazon Prime videos on my large TV without having to unplug the VGA cable (to the computer monitor) from the back of the desktop tower and screw the VGA cable into my TV. One leg works, but both don't. I recommend a different binding.
