The ability for users in different locations around our organization can access documents via their PC or mobile device at any time without having to be physically present where those files are stored (iCloud).

It's easy enough so new employees don't have trouble figuring it out right away but advanced features like versioning aren't available until you're more familiar with how things work within this software system. We use DocCompliance network primarily because we need an electronic copy of everything submitted by each employee/subcontractor who works directly under us - whether its paperwork related to safety equipment being used during construction projects or receipts documenting expenses incurred while working outside office hours. This allows anyone involved in these transactions to easily see what was done when compared against other versions if needed.
