Do not buy this item for hair dye
I usually do my own highlights to avoid spending an absurd amount of money in salons. I've been doing my hair for many years with no problems. I figured it was time to get a reusable silicone cap to avoid buying plastic caps at the drug store all the time. This lid initially had no holes so I had to make my own which took a while. When I finished highlighting and it was time to remove the cap, it came off and broke a lot of my hair. This has to be the worst product I have ever used.
