The ability for us as customers (or even our employees) is that it allows you be able improve efficiencies where they are needed most! It helps with communication between all parties involved in order fulfillment process; from shipping providers/drivers through FBA partners up until final customer delivery point or at least those who need this information right now when an issue arises instead waiting till end-of day reports come out next week - which can sometimes take forever!! I would love if there were more options available such like being notified via email once something changes so i could see what changed rather than having 2 separate places showing me different things each time someone makes any change within my account(s). We have been using downstream since 2015 but only recently started seeing benefits due their implementation into new software platform called "Amazon Prime".
