I bought this fan to cool some old hi-fi equipment from the 80's. The fan has a large size and excellent build quality. It moves a lot of air and expels it through the back; However, the fan is a bit noisy. This is most likely due to the amount of air it's moving (which is a good thing). I don't notice too much hissing when playing my devices, but it's noticeable at low volume. It doesn't matter to me as it's super cool. Comes with decent mounting hardware and is well powered from a 1A AC outlet to USB.
