Pretty Good No-Jitters Pre Workout

I've used Gym Molly Post Workout a few times and I think it's a pretty decent product on par with ON's Amino X. I feel the same way about her pre-workout. I tried it a few weeks before running, a few bike rides and a few strength days. It didn't give me a strong "pump" or focus like some of the pre-drugs I've tried, but that's probably because they don't contain niacin. It has a pretty insane amount of caffeine at 300mg. I'm pretty tolerant of caffeine these days, but if you're not, I highly recommend starting with half a scoop. I've only seen a few other pre-workouts with that much caffeine. I found it gave me a decent amount of energy to get through an hour-long workout or run. The taste is great too.
