At first I thought this item was defective as once fitted the lenses looked cloudy and taking pictures became impossible. I then realized it was some form of condensation from the alcohol swabs, although I thought I had thoroughly dried the lenses. The images are sharp, clear and I have no problems with them. In short, if you get a strange cloudy effect after coating, wait 1-2 days and it will evaporate.
