Very impressed with the customer service as well as the quality of the products. You will be my first port of call for all leather goods purchases in the future. You won't find better quality at this price. My first impression of this product is that you can tell it is a high quality, durable and heavy duty leather strap. It seems excellent value for money. However, it is very important to note that the strap does not match the photos - the strap I received is dark brown with black stitching. I ordered this strap to match my laptop bag in dark brown leather with white stitching. Little did I know the description said they were sold by a strap which I expected.
