For people who, for one reason or another, do not want to install a new OS on the SSD and then reinstall all games and programs for a week, I advise cloning. Just make sure that the system is not polluted with viruses and is not overloaded with a million programs. For cloning, I used Paragon Migrate OS, 15 minutes and the system disk flew to the SSD. IMPORTANT: before cloning, create a volume yourself and format it, otherwise Paragon can be stupid and hang endlessly on cloning. After creating a clone in the BIOS, reassign the boot priority. Other programs such as HDClone do not give the desired result, the information is copied, but the disk does not become bootable.
