It only takes an hour and a razor and you can cut the foam around the outline of each item in the DWST17808 TSTAK II Long Handled Toolbox to isolate them from each other and not damage them. I completely cut out/pulled out the styrofoam cubes for the DeWalt DCB118 rapid charger and the DWA2T40IR screwdriver set, which are lined up in the box to save space. The DCB609-2 20V 9Ah FLEXVOLT batteries (2) are inserted deeper into the foam so that there are no obstacles in the upper compartment when closed. The DCF888 hardly cuts into the foam, except for the battery, which had to be cut a little deeper. A few reps for an hour of getting it right with a razor was all it took. The aim was to balance the long handle toolbox in this arrangement and it is balanced.
