It’s elastic: my feedback
I bought this to use on the waist of several pairs of lounge pants that are still in good condition but the waists had stretched out so I couldn’t keep them up. I didn’t sew it in, just threaded it through with a large safety pin. It works great, pants stay up now. Several washes and still in good shape. Recommend

- The elasticity of the product may weaken over time with repeated use
