So far so good - instructions were easy to follow. The only problem was that I couldn't get the probe to work, but it was my fault for not checking it. It was installed (connected) but not fully activated. After removing and reconnecting it worked fine. The software is relatively basic, but it will take some time to evaluate. At the moment there are only two problems: The temperature keeps going back to Celsius after installing F. a pain. I hope this fixes itself. The temperature tracking line is a little hard to see from afar, but it's ok. All in all a good product - hopefully the probe will last a few years (I have my doubts).
