Anyone who said that this product makes cold coffee as hot as straight from the pot is wrong. It's very warm and not hot at all. Much better than cold. The secret lies in those domed bottom cups we all have; instead they should be: FLAT. Right now I'm experimenting with stuffing this little dome at the bottom with aluminum foil and see if I get hot coffee. Did anything but isolation. . . The product must obviously have a concavity in the center that touches or fills the raised bottom of the cup. Flat aluminum coffee cups can cause Alzheimer's, but some can be made from a different metal to get the perfectly flat bottom you want. .
