I bought these for my husband for his new stainless steel grill. Good: I made a doner kebab with chicken and vegetables. Piercing the food was easy and many items fit on a kebab skewer. Everything is well cooked and although they do get hot, with the right gloves we were able to easily pick up the food and put it where we wanted it (you can press the top prongs to slide the food down). They make a super robust and well-made impression. Bad: NOTHING. We have used them several times. We have others and the food slides off too easily. Like Golilocks, this is spot on.
