Review on HausRoland Whistling Tea Kettle: 3.2 Quart Stainless ☕ Steel Stove Top Induction Modern Kettle Teapot | Rainbow GS-04048-A-730G by Dan Germain

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Lasted a little over 5 months; The handle falls off.

. the water inside began to splash and gush from the bottom of the kettle onto the stove. First it was just one spot on the bottom, then two, then three. So it's obvious that it separates more and more with each use. Now the handle is released from the kettle. At the front of the handle where the water spout is located, there is a screw at the bottom of the handle to fix it. There is no screw on the back of the handle. There is a square metal clip attached to the teapot that should fit into the square notch on the underside of the handle. Well, that clip no longer fits the notch, causing the back of the handle to detach completely from the kettle. So when I'm pouring boiling water, the only thing stopping me from pouring hot water is the single screw on the front of the handle. It appears to be a defective product made from inferior materials and poor workmanship. How well it heats water, how heat resistant the handle is, and how rust resistant the interior is, none of this matters when you're selling a product that won't even last 6 months, let alone a full year, and can cause injury due to poor quality . House Roland needs to stop assembling their products in China so they can bring back the quality of their products that their name should represent. I would not buy any other product as it is a German design made in China. . Cheap labor brings cheap products. I would not recommend this brand to anyone due to the possibility of a serious burn from boiling water if the pen falls. I would be embarrassed to have a brand that sells such inferior products. Kettle.

Pros
  • . Not cheap, but decent.
Cons
  • . Nothing.
