This little heater looks great on the stove and heats water quickly. It gets a little hot but I expected that. The whistle sounds a bit slow, but eventually sounds. This size is perfect for me and my husband to boil water for our tea.

So I got my kettle and was so excited to open the box. The kettle broke and the handle broke. Update the company, send a new one! I love it! It's nice and the handle doesn't get so hot you can't touch it. Works great, no complaints.

This is one of the most beautiful teapots I have ever owned! It first arrived in a nice box with a cloth tote bag (first time I got one). The pipe is very good and makes a nice cup of tea. Because of the artistic design, it matches many colors in my kitchen. Excellent purchase!

Firstly, this teapot broke a few days after receiving it. The pen and quill came out. Second, even when it was fully functional, I couldn't get it to whistle when the water was boiling. I had to use a timer. Save time and money and buy another kettle with good design and functionality. This product is cute, but that's about it.

This kettle was just awful. I took it out of the box and one of the pins holding the handle was sticking out about half an inch. I put it back in place but it's still loose. I didn't think it would be a big problem at first, but dammit, I was wrong! First, use it to spit boiling water out of a whistle like a sprinkler system. I wasn't hurt but someone could be! Don't waste your money on these guys.

Looks like I figured it out. It goes with all the other oily metal things in my kitchen. He seems to be durable. For example, the metal is thick enough to last a while, and the plastic trigger (which keeps the whistle/nose open or closed) makes a nice click. He doesn't look skinny at all. The handle gets a little warm when it boils, but this is unavoidable. It's insulated enough so if you grab it as soon as it whistles, it won't burn your hand.
