I wanted to love it but it's meh
I was hoping this could be a dupe for my Stilla Liquid Eyeshadow in shade kitten. I love a lot of elf products, so I was hopeful. but left very disappointed. This eyeshadow does not stay on unless I do primer and a base layer of a similar powder shade underneath and even then by the end of the day its very faded.
