Zentangle for Beginners
This is a really good book for beginners. It is very simple and introduces you some projects. I watch YouTube videos before buying this book. I think you'll get more out of it if you do the same. The book doesn't go deep like a lot of the videos I've watched. I'd also like to add that it's a lot cheaper than taking lessons from certified ones (yes, they certify instructors). The book is written by a certified instructor so you learn the technique. It's also a philosophy, so if you want to dig deeper into it, the tutorial will help you. But if you just want to relax and draw, this is a good place to start.
