I've had a negative reaction to this recently. However, the problem wasn't in the ink, it was in the printer itself! The printer was nothing but a problem. I apologize for the bad review of the company but at the time I had no idea it was a printer and to my surprise I started printing with cartridges one day. The company contacted me and even offered me a gift certificate. To get it right I spent almost an hour figuring out how to change the rating. Best Susan
