Delivery took forever, more than a month and I kept getting emails saying the arrival date was changed (or uncertain) and I was told the Option was offered to get a refund and they will go ahead and cancel/refund my order if they haven't heard from me). THIS part sucks because I've wanted this vacuum for a long time (also bought my batteries, charger and extra attachments in the same order which arrived quickly and then stayed here, couldn't test). But finally all the components have arrived and I am very satisfied. BTW, the original cloth bag that comes with it is better than using disposable spare paper bags, I think the suction is better (but I still leave some paper bags in case I need to suck up something gross, who knows). But I've been wanting and hesitating to buy this vacuum for a year and I love that I finally have it! BAD: Delivery delays. GOOD: My flat with wooden floor is much less dusty, runs before company comes, takes them to my car etc. REMIND: This is ONLY a vacuum cleaner WITHOUT batteries. You need to buy a battery and charger (or you already have them).
