So disappointed! Best in Learning and Behavioral Aids

JUST received this tie 5 minutes ago. Put my 100lb Pyrenees mix on it to test it and the spring broke IMMEDIATELY! More than disappointed! I was more worried about the carabiner's PLASTIC clip breaking, I didn't think the metal spring would break. Unbelievable!
