Review on Brabantia Ironing Board Solid Steam by Frank Ridl

This ironing board is a perfect match for my Rowenta DG8520 Perfect Steam ironing station. I wanted a slightly wider workspace than a regular ironing board, with a side stand to keep the iron out of the way. The laundry rack at the bottom provides the perfect place for the base of the steam station, while the shelf at the end of the board is ideal for an iron. The narrower end of the board is wider than a regular sized ironing board, but still very comfortable to use. I use a sleeve board and tailor's ham for more specific ironing, and the wider face of this board actually gives me more worktop space for that. This board is a little more expensive than some other ironing boards, but it's worth it. It also came pre-packaged with a cotton cover so I didn't have the hassle that usually comes with putting it on. I would definitely recommend this.
