I am happy with adaras support for both our website (bookings) as well analytics reporting across all channels of communication we use them from email to websites etc! It's easy enought set up but has lots more in terms or features than you need at first so needs some time getting your head around it too - otherwise really helpful team who are always willing t help when needed! We have found they do great work providing us insight about what is working best/least which can be used make changes where necessary eg improving emails & content sent out through those communications platforms.
