When I opened the box of 3D Illusion Headphone Lights it was clear that I had received a used and damaged product . Strange considering I ordered this product "new". While I really like the concept and the 3D effect, it was obvious upon initial inspection that the light from my 3D illusion headphones was scratched and smudged, which frankly ruined my 3D experience. Damage to the product included some noticeable scratches on the frame (which you can see in the photos I provided) as well as many oil stains from human intervention. These scratches break the illusion of the 3D effect the most. The product clearly states that there were security seals on both sides, but my product only had such a security seal on one side, which likely allowed for additional scratches and marks during shipping and handling. This review will be edited if someone from customer support can fix this, but seriously, selling a "used" product as new isn't cool.
