Review on Dell Optiplex Desktop Audio 69861 7BK 72B2 0XW055 by Gerald Reeves

The only reason I only give this product one star is because I couldn't go lower. The monitor flickered. I have complained to the seller. They offered to send it in for service under a 30 day guarantee. I paid a $63 return shipping fee for the repair so the seller would let me know the PC was fine. In my opinion, there was a lot wrong with the computer. The monitor was still flickering after "repair". The manufacturer blames the connecting cables and the monitor for the flickering. I believe this was a delaying tactic to void the warranty. It was like this. Both were replaced with new ones. And the flickering continued. In my opinion, any repair on the PC would reduce their profits.
