Absolutely horribly overpriced charger that is not genuine!
This is a terrible replacement for the original charger. I have nothing against OEM chargers, but for three times the cost of others I expected something to work. In the comparison images, the Microsoft charger and cables are on the right side of the image. This charger had the following non-functional elements: a defective USB connector, no strain relief on the cable, much poorer workmanship, poor charging status LED, and what appeared to be a fake label saying it was from Microsoft Japan. This does not apply to the choice of material, size, etc.
