This was a direct replacement for a Nutone HD80NT motor that was installed about 10 years ago. All you have to do is remove the grill (springs), turn off the engine and use a flat knife. Screwdriver to pry the side of the housing away from the motor mount and it will fall straight out (hinged on the tabs on the opposite side). Remove 2 nuts to remove motor. Reverse the process and it will reappear with a nice "click". I also replaced the squirrel cage fan to make sure everything is clean and balanced. It's one of those nice 15 minute jobs.
