For colder climates this product is absolute rubbish. I'm sorry, I think my accent isn't strong enough: it's more than trash. Even at moderately low temperatures, like 40, it becomes very hard and loses almost all of its ductility. Does a crappy job with literally everything it's designed for: poor sealing, stiffness, and the nails do nothing to hold it in place. I'm not new to crafting. In fact, I've remodeled my entire garage with two hands and am a keen carpenter/fabricator. After some disappointment I bought them from a big store nearby. Not only is it a higher quality product and easier to install, but it is also more convenient to ship in low temperatures. Do not buy this if you intend to seal your garage door. If you want this product to add weight to your trash can so it doesn't get blown away by the wind while you wait for the garbage man, it will get the job done perfectly.
