For colder climates this product is absolute rubbish. I'm sorry, I think my accent isn't strong enough: it's more than trash. Even at moderately low temperatures, like 40, it becomes very hard and loses almost all of its ductility. I didn't have side and top seals so dust and snow blew into the garage. This solved that problem. This *could* be installed with the 1/4" narrow head nails or staples I used. But there are several reasons this probably isn't a good solution. It just doesn't look good. I wouldn't trust paint on rubber , and you have these shiny dots along the way.
