After my five month old German Shepherd puppy outgrew the large cage recommended by the breeder I was looking for a crate to hold him and give him a place to live. It's very strong and the plastic box won't hold up. This box is perfect to put away overnight. He's in the dressing room and wakes me up when he's ready to go outside. I put his bed and all his toys inside and it's a comfortable and safe place to sleep. I don't have to worry about him getting into anything or peeing in the house. The box is very strong and unlike the plastic box I can easily see it. The wheels make it easy to move the box when cleaning. Despite the fact that the box is very large, it's worth the space it takes up. My puppy is safe and sleeps well in it.
