I followed the directions on the bottle and did everything as described. My hair literally fell out every time I used this product. I thought I was part of the process or did it just happen because all the hair loss is just bad/damaged but no I've been using this product for a month just hoping it really works and it helps, keeping my hair healthy. I have lost so much hair with this product that I wish a classmate would never recommend this product to me because I still have most of my hair. It's funny how this product turned out, I will never buy anything like this again
