I love this item. I've had it for a few weeks now, the battery really lasts and it works through walls. My dog was used to a stun collar many years ago, but recently he has started barking, howling and acting destructively when exiting. overnight in the garage. The garage is just under the house, I can be upstairs in the bedroom and if he starts crying, give him a warning signal, without going outside, go down the stairs and into the garage first. It had to be shut down after a few years, so I just did it with a tester, but it seems to work just as well and reliably as the other two features. I like that I don't have to toggle multiple times or press a button to select a function before I can send it a signal. This makes the reaction much faster. I've had this collar for almost a month now and connected it and the remote to the charger for the first time last night. It has a good sense of solidity. It's not cheap plastic, it has a rubbery feel, has been dropped a few times, taken on dirt bikes when we've ridden it and has held up very well. i really like him
