I used the size chart and it says I need a medium size. I ordered one and it was too small. I returned it and ordered the large. It's still exceptionally small, to the point where it's uncomfortable to wear. I chose Bell because they have a reputation for making quality helmets and I was not disappointed with the quality and construction of the helmet. But they are crazy size. Buy a lot more than you think you need. I'd rather ride without a helmet than wear this extraordinarily small one. I wear glasses and they sit too low on my forehead for me to be comfortable with glasses. I keep wanting to brush it off my forehead.
