first of all I have to say that the texture and smell of the cream is wonderful and when I apply it my skin is immediately soft, smooth and moisturized. I mainly use it for calluses on my feet, but also occasionally as a hand cream or on my knees/elbows. I apply it generously in the morning and evening and put on socks. When I take off my socks, the skin on my feet becomes so soft and smooth, almost like a baby's. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and can definitely say it smoothed out the calluses I was having under my feet. I highly recommend this item!
