Well I never used them until I ordered them. I wanted to add a little extra touch to improve the cleaning experience for my customers. The concept seemed simple enough. The first attempt was successful. I loved the scent. My problem was the following application. I made a mistake and the applicator shrunk too much and squirted out leaving a mess in the toilet and on the applicator. Since the gel must be very sticky, cleaning the applicator was not possible. So I gave up trying to fix it and finally closed the lid and tried my next job. Needless to say it didn't work well. I thought it was a waste of money and also thought including it in my cleaning routine for my clients was a terrible idea, mainly because you use the same applicator for all jobs. not very hygienic after careful consideration. Anyway, I appreciated the concept and the smell was divine. This is a one-time home use, not business use. I bought one for my home and am currently using it there. I found disposable applicators that were much LESS expensive. I haven't used them yet, but I have high hopes for them from a business perspective.
