I have not received any instructions on my network and I see that others have the same complaints. I have a 2020 Kia Optima and it fits. Comes with a net, two screws, two plastic washers, two small hooks and two large hooks. You need to remove the two side plastic latches and the two bottom screws in the fasteners. Two small hooks attach to the sides with the included screws and washers. You will need to pull back the carpet to attach the screws. The supplied screws are too big for the factory holes. I used a unibit to widen the holes a bit and they fit perfectly. Two large female strut hooks thread into the vehicle's male struts. Make the carpet normal again. Connect to the network and you're done. Only 4 stars because they don't come with instructions and aren't available online.
