For about 2 years I've been looking for a headset that: 1. Well built.2. Has good quality.3. HAS A VOLUME WHEEL, no volume up and down button. An analog steering wheel that doesn't care what PC or other device it's connected to. So the volume control always works because it is not an electronic control.4. HAS A PHYSICAL MUTE BUTTON. Has your software ever been muted while talking to someone else in a meeting? This headset has a SWITCH that disables the microphone from communicating with the device it is connected to. It's not a "mute button" that sends a signal to the phone. It disables the microphone without conducting power from the microphone to the device. I bought 2 of these just in case. Good product.
